Chief Executive Officer
Corinne Lozé joined the Orange Group in 2000, taking over as Director of Alapage.com, the Group’s innovative e-commerce entity, after which she became Director of Internet Innovation. In 2006, she moved into an international career as Digital Marketing Director for the Orange Group. In 2009, she founded then became CEO of Orange Star Africa, an Orange entity that develops international mobile topping-up services for African countries (where Orange operates) and a pan-African content portal. In 2014, she took over as CEO of Orange Centrafrique, now the No. 1 mobile company in the Central African Republic. In 2016, Corinne Lozé launched Orange Money, a money transfer solution for Orange mobile users in Central Africa. In this way, she created the conditions for the continued growth nurtured by her in the African subsidiary since 2014. Corinne Lozé became CEO of Orange Luxembourg on 1 February 2019.
Business development & Regulatory affairs Director
Jeannot Grethen has worked in the telecommunication industry during his whole professional career. In 1992 he joined CTTL Ericsson Luxembourg SA as a Sales Manager for telecommunication systems. As of January 2004 he is responsible for B2C sales, distribution and regulations at Orange Luxembourg. Since June 2013 Jeannot Grethen is in charge of developing new business opportunities in Luxembourg, but also regulatory affairs. It is also in charge of the program for the respect, protection and security of private data. He is part of the management team since 2009.
Customer Relationship Director
France-Diane is in charge of client relations at Orange Luxembourg since 2012, she heads customer care for private and business clients, technical backoffices and customer support activities. Previously France-Diane the B2B contact centre of Mobistar and Verizon Business (MCI WorldCom) in Belgium. With her 25-years experience collected in Sales, Marketing and Customer Care, for multi-nationals as for small and medium-sized businesses, France-Diane has explored all facets of the advertings (press, radio, display and production) and telecommunications. She entered the management team in April 2012.
Chief Marketing Officer
Holder of an MBA from EIA Marseille, Thierry Iafrate joined France Télécom in 1994, where he is involved in operational activities with networks and logistics. In 2001 Thierry joins the R&D departments of Orange Group, focussing on client's perception and acceptance of new products and services. In 2007, he oscilates between France and Spain with Orange Group's initiative "growing through innovation", in which he focusses on marketing and innovative products. After a first experience with Orange Communications Luxembourg as head of products and services in 2011, he takes over as Marketing and Communication Director and enters the management team in the beginning of 2012.
Sales and Distribution Senior Manager
After 18 years of experience in retail during which he held various management positions, Alain Lahr joined Orange Luxembourg at the end of 2004. Since then he has worked on the development of the distribution network of Orange and the distributors of prepaid cards. He also accompanies the reshaping of the shops and the merchandising related to the Orange brand and manages the staff of the distribution network. Alain heads the "Orange experts" specifically trained to guide clients in their digital life. He has joined the management team in June 2013.
Chief Financial Officer
After a first experience in the tourism sector, Françoise Bonesire joined Orange Belgium in 2000 and supports the management of large budgets of technical projects of the telecommunications operator In 2006, she joined the finance team of the same operator as management controller. She was entrusted in 2011 the team in charge of consolidating the accounts of the various entities of Orange Luxembourg. Mastering telecommunications and with a perfect knowledge of Orange activities in Luxembourg, Françoise takes her Chief Financial Officer duties on September, 1st 2016 and thus enters into the management team of Orange Luxembourg.
IT & Network Director
Active in the world of telecommunications since 1996, networks and information systems are at the core of his know how. He has acquired a large operational and strategic experience at Mobistar's supervision centre for networks and services, as well as in Mobistar's engineering, datawarehouse and IT departments. With the gathered experience and a motivated team on which he can rely, he ambitions to reposition the Orange network and IT, the core of any Telecom operator, to ensure customer satisfaction. His motto is "Alone you go faster, together you go further". Jean-Christophe Bayet has joined the management team 1st March 2014.
